Our experience with Brown Building Contractors was really great! After two years of attending the Master Builder Tour of Homes and noting the contractors we liked the best, they made our list, but were not at the top. We proceeded to interview three contractors and Mark Brown's vision for our project, clear communication, responsiveness and professionalism, stole the show! We especially appreciated that we did not have to completely vacate our home to have the work done. What began as a foundation repair turned into a complete refresh of our 30 year old, builder grade, home! Outside we have a beautiful new deck, new exterior paint, six inch gutters, outside lighting and new front door. Inside we have new flooring and paint throughout; kitchen with new lighting, cabinets, counters sink and you should see our backsplash; laundry room with improved storage thanks to our new cabinets and a new laundry sink that's so pretty I'm afraid to use! The cherry on top is our new primary bath with beautiful tile work, thanks to Ben, walk in shower, heated floor, and towel rack! Mark helped take our ideas and turn them into a home that we love while keeping us on budget and helping us with great ideas about design and color! Jenn helped us fine tune our selections for design and style. With his attention to detail, Jeff kept everything moving smoothly and on schedule while making sure all the sub-contractors worked well with each other and was very responsive to our requests and concerns. Hats off to Clem, Nino and Dorro for their hard work on our deck, demolition and drywall; Troy for all the great electrical and lighting upgrades; Sean for his excellent plumbing work; Ben for his detailed and beautiful tile work. We recommend Brown Building Contractors without hesitation and are thankful for their exemplary work and craftsmanship. Call them today, you won't regret it!

We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen/living room/bathroom remodel by Brown Building Contractors! Mark and Jenn were a pleasure to work with from the initial consultation through the final touches. We really appreciated their willingness and enthusiasm in blending original elements of our mid century house with new countertops and floors for the bathroom and kitchens, additional new cabinets, and lighting. The project manager, Jeff, kept us informed every step of the way and promptly addressed our questions or concerns. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the finished space are truly impressive. We bought a home that needed a major renovation- electrical & plumbing rework, a new roof, removal/reposition of structural walls, upgrading to forced air, & an entire redesign of our kitchen. Mark & Mary met with us to consider ideas for our home. Mark was clear when we sought to determine the best way to allocate our budget for the project. The communication was constant and reliable whenever we needed to adjust for something unexpected. We were living on the property in a trailer during the project. The BBC team was mindful of the noise & at the same time worked as much as possible to help us get back into the house as quickly as possible while maintaining the high quality of work that Mark is known for. Our neighbors were impressed at how quickly the work was going & commented on the organization of our remodel. We moved in on the promised date... on budget! Mark & Jeff went above & beyond our expectations to deliver a beautiful product that will make our life so much better!

Brown Building converted our detached garage into a guest cottage this year, the project broke ground in March and was finished in the beginning of July. Every time there was an issue, as in all projects, they found a creative solution that was even better. I can’t say enough good things about Mark and the team he partners with at Brown Building Contractors. Their whole process is so transparent - no surprises! We remodeled the primary en-suite bathroom in the 75 year-old house I’ve lived in for 30+ years. Haley and Mary walked me through the design process, listened to my ideas and helped me visualize everything with their beautiful renderings. When my daughter saw the finished bathroom she said she had to pinch herself to know it was real because it looked exactly like the computer renderings! Ben was amazing with his tile work - real attention to detail! Sean and Troy were great to work with and Clem and his crew kept everything running smoothly. They were on time and on budget and I would recommend them without reservation! It still feels like I’m in a spa! Thank you so much!
